This policy covers information collected through this website and through bookings made with TygerRider, based in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
Using our services means you accept how your information is handled as set out here.

- Your name, contact details, and information about your site or business

- Pages visited, dates and times, and time spent on each page

3. Payment information
Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

- To take and manage your booking
- To meet the legal requirement to verify that drivers hold a valid licence and IDP
- To contact you about your rental, including through the WhatsApp support group
- To answer enquiries sent through the contact form

5. The WhatsApp support group
During your rental you are added to a WhatsApp group for directions, advice and assistance. Your phone number will be visible to others in that group.

We do not sell your information. It may be shared with:
- Our payment provider, to process your payment
- Mechanics or recovery services, if you need assistance during your rental
- Authorities, where required by Indonesian law
7. How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires.

We use cookies and similar technologies to see how the site is used and to remember your preferences. We use both session cookies, which disappear when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which stay until you delete them.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

You can ask us to show you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it.

10. Children
Our services are not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If we find we have, we remove it.
11. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including Google Maps and our social media pages. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your information.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
